We get our suet straight from ranchers here in Utah — no distributor, no middleman. From there, it's just my brother and me: we render it down ourselves, whip it by hand, and jar it in small batches out of Ogden Valley. Suet, water, salt, jojoba oil. Nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
