At True Tallow, we take pride in handcrafting each product with care and attention. Because our products are natural, personal-use items, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

• Your product arrives damaged or broken.

• You receive the wrong item(s) in your order.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at truetallow.co@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
